Empire Launches 6th Texas Community

Empire Continental Land is continuing its expansion into the Texas market, with the start of its sixth local community. Empire, one of Canada’s leading developers and home builders, has started development of a 206-acre parcel in League City. The community will offer approximately 540 homes, as well as community lakes, parks, trails and a recreation center with a pool and splash pad. Prices are expected to begin in the mid $200,000s.
