Empire Communities expands its US presence with a strategic partnership with Atlanta-based Edward Andrews Homes

Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canadian homebuilder Empire Communities continues its US expansion with the announcement of a strategic partnership with Atlanta-based builder Edward Andrews Homes (EA Homes). Empire Communities originally launched its US Homebuilding Division in 2016 with Empire Dellrose, a 600-acre master-planned community in northwest Houston. In 2018 it acquired Texas-based Centerra Homes, further strengthening its presence in the Lone Star State. The partnership with EA Homes will expand the homebuilder’s presence in the US to include Houston, Austin and San Antonio in Texas, and now Atlanta, Georgia.
