One of the things we love about Parmer Ranch is how it brings families and neighbors together. Now, there’s a nearby restaurant that does the same. Camp Briteside opened in September. The brainchild of successful restaurateurs Cody Hirt, Troy Hellmann, Brad Strittmatter, Brady Clark, Tommy McCormick and Tim Carr serves up American food entrees, including chicken-fried steak as well as shrimp and grits, alongside appetizers and desserts as well as a full bar of cocktails, wine and beer. There is a stage for musical guests, a wiffle ball field and 18,000 square feet of artificial grass for children to play on.
