Summerlea Woods Summer 2020 Construction Update

There’s lots of new progress happening at our Summerlea Woods community in Binbrook. Here’s a look at how our community is growing from up above this summer.

Our construction team is diligently working to ensure that our homes are built on-time and efficiently. The homes in our Summerlea Wood community are at various stages of construction.

The first sold homes at Summerlea Woods are now complete, and these families have started to move in. Other sections of Summerlea Woods are making continuous progress, with several of the homes and townhomes are having their footings and foundation poured, while others are on the framing and exterior cladding construction stages. The community has a beautiful park with a basketball court, gazebo, swing set and open space for the family to enjoy.

Our Summerlea Woods homeowners will soon be called Our Lady of Hope home this fall as construction on the catholic elementary school is quickly moving along.
