Construction at our Summerlea Woods community in Binbrook is well underway as our team continues to make progress over the summer and 90% of all homes have reached occupancy. All homes have been framed and the installation of the masonry work is completed. The curbs and sidewalks for our community have also recently been finished, and the base coats of asphalt for our homeowner’s driveways will begin shortly. Landscaping around the homes is set to be completed next.
