It’s been a busy autumn here in Toronto, and as construction continues to make progress, we’re seeing how Empire Midtown is growing. Watch our latest drone footage, enjoy some photos of our recent site visit and read on to learn more about the construction progress.
Rising above Eglinton Avenue, Midtown will be an anchor to this ever-growing neighbourhood. Bringing stunning architecture, amenities, and revitalization to the community, we are proud to see how well everything is coming together.
Our construction team has been busy on-site completing the concrete construction, precast and window installations for the building. And as we move into the winter months, we’re seeing how Empire Midtown is beginning to define the skyline for this neighbourhood.
The mechanical and electrical rough-ins are well underway with installation complete to the 10th floor; and interior drywall is following behind. We are excited to see that the suites are beginning to take shape.
It’s never too early to start planning your next dinner al fresco, as the exterior of the building and landscaping of the 2nd-floor outdoor amenity space are nearing completion. Construction of the green roof is set to begin later this year.
The new Eglinton Crosstown will soon be just outside your door. You can see development is underway across the street at the Oakwood LRT station, which will be complete by 2021.
