Construction is moving right along at Empire Victory and Lush, and with the changing seasons, we’re excited to share all the newest developments happening on site. Our construction team at Victory is happy to report that 100% of homes in Phase 3 and 99% of homes in Phase 5A & 5B are complete and closed. In Phase 4, Blocks 1-5 have been excavated. Foundations have been poured in Block 1, with electrical services scheduled to begin this month. The footings of Blocks 2 and 3 have been poured, and forming has begun on Block 2. All exterior sewers are complete in this phase.
At Lush, 92% of homes in Phase 3A are complete and closed, with only 12 remaining lots under construction. Framing has begun on the remaining lots on Toffee Trail and Bedrock Drive. The majority of the remaining lots on Cactus Crescent are currently in the finishing stage and are set to close this month, with a few lots at the rough in stage. Grading and sodding on any remaining lots are scheduled to start in the spring.
In Phase 3B, 80% of homes are complete and sold, with 18 remaining lots still under construction. The majority of the remaining lots on Cuesta Heights are at the mechanical rough in stage, with a few lots at the framing stage. The remaining lots on Queen Mary Boulevard and Magdalena Street are currently at the finishing stage. Sodding and grading for this phase will continue in spring for the remaining lots.
Construction has begun in Phase 3C, with sewers being excavated for lots 1-6.
