Construction is progressing well at Victory and Lush in Stoney Creek. Our Victory team is excited to announce that all four blocks in Phase 3 have now closed, with flatwork and grading repairs in the works. The topcoat of asphalt has been completed and fence installation has started in Phase 4. Some of the lots located on Hargrove Way have now been occupied, with exterior claddings underway. Lots located on Midhurst Heights have finished framing, with 75% of homes moving onto exterior cladding as well. Next steps include rough grading.
We are pleased to announce that the majority of homes in Phase 3A have closed and homeowners have moved in. Now that homes located on Cactus Crescent have completed their framing, masonry work is expected to begin soon. Final grading and sodding in this area is 92% complete. The team is now finalizing the area’s landscaping, as well as all remaining rough gradings.
The remaining homes in Phase 3A required excavating and the homes located on Toffee Trail and Queen Mary Boulevard have completed curb and sidewalk installation. Homes on Toffee Trail and Cuesta Heights will begin rough grading and pouring foundations shortly. The lots located on Queen Mary Boulevard and Cuesta Heights are in the finishing stages, thanks to the recent completion of electrical work and framing for some of the homes. The next steps for this phase include masonry work, hydro and gas installation, insulation, as well as preparation for the base coat of asphalt.
