Legacy Summer 2020 Construction Update

As construction ramps up for the summer months, we’re seeing how Thorold’s master-planned Legacy community is growing. Browse our photos for an aerial sneak peek of all the activity happening at Legacy this summer.

PHASE 1

Construction in phase one is complete and ready for Legacy families to move into. With most of the curbs, sidewalk and sodding in the neighbourhood wrapped up, the topcoat of the roads and driveways are underway and will be finished later this summer.

PHASE 2

We started to close homes in this phase back in March with over 30 new families calling Legacy home. Most homes in this phase are being framed and some are a little further along with exterior cladding taking place.

PHASE 3

Phase 3 began construction in early March, with several of the homes having their foundations poured. Homes that are a little further along are being framed and mechanical, plumbing and electrical rough-ins have started.
