PHASE 5A

 

All homes in this phase are now complete and our Empire families have moved in. Our team is hard at work completing driveways, as the majority of homes have the base asphalt applied. Up next is the grading and grass inspections, which are set to begin this summer.

 

PHASE 5B

 

This section of the community is seeing continuous progress as homes are in various stages of construction. With several of the homes completed and occupied, the area is beginning to come alive with families moving into their new homes. 

 

The rest of the homes are close to completion with a few finishing touches taking place inside these homes. While the remaining homes are in the footings and foundations stage, while others have started framing and exterior cladding.

 

PHASE 5C

 

Our newest phase has just begun construction. Additionally, the first release of homes in this phase are currently being excavated and foundations are being poured.

 

In light of the recent events and escalating concerns surrounding the COVID-19 situation, Empire is taking extra precautions for the health and safety of our team members, homeowners, customers and vendor/trade partners. As of today, our construction sites remain open, but we are doing our part to maintain “social distancing” through modified scheduling and staffing. We are diligently monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available and as they pertain to your closing date.
