Phases 6B-1 & 6B-2
With approximately 30 homes in these phases now occupied, the site continues to grow as construction moves to various stages. Excavation, foundations, framing, masonry and interior finishes are being worked on in many homes. Sidewalks and curbs are now completed along the west side of Tom Longboat Boulevard, and the base coat asphalt will be applied before the end of the year as grading and landscape on these homes are now complete. The new park near phase 6B-2 has now been completed and will be opening for community use soon.
Wyndfield 7-A
This phase is now complete and homes are fully occupied by their new owners. Just a few landscaping repairs are ongoing, along with the top coat of driveways.
Wyndfield 7-B
This phase is now well under construction with homes now being framed. Curbs and sidewalks are complete and the paving of base coat asphalt is complete as well with a majority of these homes occupied. Driveway top coat asphalt to be paved in the spring of 2021. Phase 7-B now has 95% of sodding now completed after taking place in the summer.
