To help millennials and soon-to-be homebuyers on the path of becoming adults, we launched a four-part event series, #EmpireAdulting to show you how to adult in style through food, networking, financing and more. This month’s event, second in the series, was all about nurturing the mind, body and soul as we hosted The Wellness Pop-Up Market at the Empire Phoenix Presentation Centre.
It was a perfect sunny Sunday to be strolling along the Humber Bay Shores as our guests came on foot, with bikes, dogs and strollers to check out the market and listen to the tunes of DJ Nick from Bellosound.
On the front lawn, Alive Yoga & Fitness ran hourly yoga sessions, Fashion Truck Canada sold chic clothing and Toronto’s bike repair shop Bliss By Bike were also on site ready to give bikers a tune-up. Guests had the chance to enter to win a Google Home and took home an Empire tote bag to house all their Market finds.
Furry friends enjoyed the Market just as much as their owners, as every dog was greeted with a treat and a nice belly rub.
Inside the Presentation Centre a crowd was constantly hovered around Brian the Barista to watch as he created custom latte art on everyone’s coffee order.
The beautiful aromas of lavender and eucalyptus filled the air by Crown Flora Studio and Equilibrio Gems enchanted us with their healing stones.
Revitasize gave out delicious energy balls and their famous cold pressed-juices made for cleansing the body.
Fancy Pufs, provided us with delicious organic and all-natural flavoured cotton candy.
Stay tuned for more from the Empire Adulting series as we release details on our next event in September.
Priced from the mid $400’s, Empire Phoenix is a 29- and 11-storey condominium community coming soon to Mystic Pointe in Etobicoke.
