Empire received these awards across key categories, showcasing excellence in design, merchandising, and innovation within the homebuilding industry. The NAHB‘s The Nationals awards, presented annually by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), honor the most outstanding achievements in new home community design, interior merchandising, and innovative homebuilding across North America.
Empire Communities received recognition in the following categories:
- Best Sales/Leasing Center: Empire Canals
- Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced under $500,000: Ashby at Empire Brixton
- Best Multifamily Model Home: Brockwell at Empire Brixton
- NAHB Global Innovation Awards, Home of the Year Finalist: ERTH 360 Discovery Home
Announced on December 12, 2024, this year’s silver award winners were selected from over 1,200 entries by a diverse panel of industry professionals. They are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for The Nationals’ gold awards, which will be presented during the awards ceremony on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Caesars Palace Ballroom in Las Vegas.
The ERTH360 Discovery Home is the sole finalist for the prestigious Global Innovation Award, highlighting Empire as a leader in cutting-edge design, sustainability, and advanced innovation within the industry.
