Our Avalon team has been excited to ramp up construction over the fall months. Phase 1, 2 and 3A1 are 100% complete and the final homes in these phases have now closed. Homes in Phase 3A2 will receive final sign-off on exterior grading this spring.
Homes located in Phase 4 are 75% complete, and require exterior grading inspection along with the final topcoat on the driveways — also set to be completed this spring. The remaining homes located in Phase 4 will begin construction in the new year. All of the framing has been completed for the homes located in Phase 5 and our team anticipates at least 60% of the homes in this phase will be occupied by Christmas.
Construction in Phase 6 is underway, with homes located on Hawick Crescent and Owl Lane in various stages of construction including excavation; footing installation; foundation pouring; framework and window installation; and shingles and exterior cladding. Masonry work and siding installation will begin over the next few months.
