Our final Hampton home will include a walk-out basement and will be released for sale in 2025.

The Hampton offers 2-story living with a first-floor In-Law/Guest suite, which includes a walk-in closet, linen storage, private bathroom, and optional private door to the rear covered porch. The remainder of the first floor offers a formal Dining and Living room/Study, a Morning room wrapped in windows, and a large Kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. The large island is great for gatherings both large and small. Upstairs is a large Hobby/Laundry room, and the two secondary bedrooms feature walk-in closets and share a Jack & Jill bath. Off the large Rec room is a second covered deck. The Premier suite includes a very large walk-in closet, soaking tub, large shower, and a private entrance to the deck. Above the garage is a large walk-in unfinished storage room which can be finished as a Bonus room. The Rec room may be converted to a 5th bedroom suite.
