The Empire team had an exciting night in Houston this past weekend, bringing home five awards at the Greater Houston Builders Association’s annual PRISM Awards.
The awards toasted the best of the best in Houston’s competitive residential real estate industry, and our team was thrilled to hear their names called again and again as we were brought up on stage to celebrate a successful year of homebuilding.
We’re proud to have been recognized with Best Product Design, $400,000 to $500,000 for our Indigo model home in League City’s Hidden Lakes community. The 3,860-square-foot design’s open floor plan offers easy functionality for homeowners, as well as formal and informal entertainment spaces. This model also was a finalist in the interior merchandising category.
In the Interior Merchandising category we received top honors for our Woodforest model home in the $350,000 to $400,000 category and our Dellrose model home in the under $250,000 category. The Woodforest home in Montgomery uses natural elements such as wood floors, barn doors and bricked walls that are accented with modern patterns, light fixtures and other embellishments. The result is a comfortable, upscale ambiance. The Dellrose model home in Cypress mixes traditional textures with metal-accented furniture, surprising patterns and creamy whites and grays that enhance the design’s open floor plan.
We were delighted to also earn a Houston’s Best PRISM award for our website and our sales brochure, which provide prospective home buyers all the valuable information they need to lead them on their new home journey.
For decades, the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards have recognized the best people, products and promotions in the market. We are proud to be included in this year’s round-up of winners!
