YOU NEED

Amenities at Goodnight are carefully crafted to provide a diverse community experience, with features like community ponds, pocket parks, a community pool and a variety of gathering spaces throughout the community. A three-mile trail system will loop the entire community, connecting residents to each other, the future town center, and the new Park District. The trail system will also connect four community ponds, perfect for spending an afternoon in the sun and racing miniature sailboats.

Taking advantage of the proximity to the revitalized Onion Creek Metropolitan Park, the Goodnight team will develop 120 acres adjacent to Park and right on-site at Goodnight to create a unique Park District connected by a three-mile trail system. The Park District will include a dog park, multiple playscape areas, horseback riding trails, and a great lawn, while redevelopment of Onion Creek is planned to include sporting playfields, community event space, observation tower, picnic grounds, a community garden, workout stations and an amphitheater, among many more.

The first 50 acres of the Goodnight Ranch park district will be completed by 2018.

Approximately six blocks of community-purposed retail space will be added as the neighborhood grows. With restaurants, neighborhood services, and entertainment all walking distance away, residents will enjoy a downtown feel right in their backyard, designed to allow for weekly errands, date nights and catching up with friends and family without even getting into your car.

With a six-star elementary school in the neighborhood and top universities close by, Goodnight is in the heart of Texas education. The reputable Blazier Elementary School, located in the Goodnight neighborhood is a TEA six-star school, meeting the 2015 Accountability Standard and earning all five TEA distinctions. An additional AISD school is also in the community’s vision for the future.
