Selling $5 million worth of homes in five days seems a success by any developer’s standards, but when every sale made was virtual that is even more impressive. Such was the case recently for Toronto-based Empire Communities when three model home designs by noted interior designer Andrew Pike that will be located at Avalon, the firm’s master-planned community in Caledonia, went on the market.
