On Tuesday, May 4^th, 2021, Empire hosted a luncheon for our North Carolina Realtors as a gesture of appreciation for their hard work and dedication to helping their clients find their perfect Empire home in Charlotte. But that’s not all — our 70 attendees had the opportunity to win over $5,000 in door prizes and our grand prize of a two-year lease on a luxury car. Take a look at all of our exciting highlights from the event below.

The event was held at the Carmel Country Club — one of the venue’s first gatherings since its recent renovation. “We look forward to hosting our Realtor appreciation luncheon each year. It’s typically our biggest event of the year,” says Michele Scott, Empire’s VP of Sales & Marketing in North Carolina. “We appreciate our Realtors, and this is our small way of saying thank you.”

Gil Shea and Mike Shea, Empire’s respective Regional President and Executive Vice President within the Charlotte region, were among those in attendance. They spoke about the recent brand transition and relaunch to Empire Communities in the Charlotte market. Each of our sales representatives also shared updates on new sales releases and upcoming community launches. “The event gives us an opportunity to thank our Realtors for their support as well as let them know about our upcoming neighborhoods and new product,” Michele says.

We also introduced our new Empire Insider Program which gives Realtors priority access to exclusive incentives and selling opportunities, new releases, special sales promotions and top-secret perks.

The prize list was also the talk of the afternoon — with over 20 prizes ranging from AirPods, iPads, coffee makers and gift certificates to trips to the spa. Best of all was the two-year lease on a Lexus car that Empire provided, won by Steven Lorimer.
