You can see full side boards of the actual selections by visiting a model home in one of the participating communities. Each package will have four different groupings of flooring, cabinets, etc., allowing the buyer to choose which they prefer. The base package will be included in the price of the home and — depending on the community — will include selections such as high-end cabinets, wood-look tile flooring, and quartz countertops. These are often considered upgrades in similarly priced homes but will be included standard for our buyers.

A bohemian-looking tee-pee and round-wooden table keep kids occupied and entertained, a TV makes it possible to watch the morning news or evening movies, and two comfortable chairs are used for reading. A black fan, window, and patio keep the space cool on summer nights.

Wall trim, streamlined pendant lights and more traditional furnishings make this bedroom a true transitional space.
