You’ve finalized all the big decisions! Your Sales Consultant will share all pertinent documents, specifically the executed contract, community covenants, and warranty information.

Once you are under contract, your Customer Care Representative will coordinate with your Building Project Manager and guide you from contract to close, keeping you informed on all the major milestones.
